With more than a decade of business management experience, he leads the company with a focus on quality, safety, and operational excellence. Brandon holds multiple industry certifications, including OSHA-10, Confined Space Entry, Forklift Operation, and Fall Protection, and is committed to delivering exceptional results while fostering a strong culture of safety and teamwork.

 At Dynamic Fabrication Services, our team is the foundation of everything we do. From project management and detailing to fabrication and field installation, our experienced professionals work together to deliver quality results safely and efficiently.  Jennifer Dulock serves as Office Manager and brings over 30 years of customer service experience, along with extensive expertise in operations, quality management, and employee development. With more than 25 years of first aid experience and 15 years focused on lean practices and training, she plays a key role in maintaining efficient operations, supporting compliance, and ensuring project success. Her dedication to organization, continuous improvement, and team support makes her an essential part of Dynamic Fabrication Solutions.

 Dylan Dulock is a Project Manager and Estimator with over five years of experience in welding, fabrication, structural steel erection, heavy equipment operation, and material logistics. He also has more than two years of experience in estimating, purchasing, and project management, helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget. Dylan holds OSHA-10, Forklift Operation, and Fall Protection certifications and is committed to safety, quality, and successful project execution.

 Hailey Dulock serves as Operations Coordinator, bringing experience in customer service, administrative management, employee support, and operational coordination. With over 5 years of customer service experience and expertise in logistics, shipping and receiving, training, and compliance management, she helps ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Known for her organization, attention to detail, and strong work ethic, Hailey is dedicated to supporting both customers and the overall success of the company.

 Aaron Schrunk serves as Shop Manager and brings over 30 years of welding and fabrication experience, along with extensive knowledge of structural steel, heavy equipment operation, and shop operations. With leadership experience and certifications including OSHA-10 and Forklift Operation, he is committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment while ensuring projects are fabricated and delivered successfully.
